Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us at gibsongordon1020@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
